FULL COLOR EMBROIDERED REPRESENTATION ON THIN BLUE/RED LINE FLAGS

Imagine being represented indefinitely on the walls of police and fire stations throughout Fort Worth. Besides the feeling of supporting First Responder couples to attend this retreat, your full color logo or memorial tribute will be embroidered on the white lines of a full size (4'x6' or 5'x8') Thin Blue Line flag  and a Thin Red Line flag, which will be donated to the Fort Worth Police and Fire Departments at an official "Donation of Flags" event after the retreat, and you're invited! Ask your representative about memorial options for police, fire, or military, if you prefer to support but not represent a business.

OPTIONAL VENDOR TABLE FOR AT THE EVENT

Take advantage of marketing your business face-to-face to all the guests attending this retreat with a vendor table. We will be holding a special door prize drawing for guests who visit our sponsor tables--the more sponsors they visit, the more entries into the drawing!

FULL PAGE PROMOTION IN RETREAT WORKBOOK

Sponsor 6 supporters will receive a full page full-color promotion in the retreat workbook used by guests during the retreat and beyond.

Your business will be listed in the “Thank you to our sponsors” page at the beginning of the retreat workbook given to each guest.

GIFT BAG CONTRIBUTIONS

Every guest receives a blue (police) or red (firefighters) waterproof drawstring backpack as a gift bag, which will be filled with items from sponsors. You can include business cards, branded items, brochures, menus, coupons, etc. to be placed in each gift bag.

TICKETS TO THE DONATION OF FLAGS EVENT

You will receive tickets to a post-retreat “Donation of Flags” event hosted by the Fort Worth Police and Firefighter associations. There will be a press release, media attendance, and professional photography, so come meet your Fort Worth first responders over food and refreshments, jump into some group photos, and celebrate the donation of these beautiful flags, while representing your business.

PERSONAL THANK YOU NOTES

Some sponsors will receive personal thank you notes from the first responders and spouses that you sponsored. These are written at the end of the retreat and will be delivered to you by your representative.

EXPOSURE TO OVER 7000+ PEOPLE

The marketing campaign for this event goes out to over 7000 recipients via mass emails to all Fort Worth Police and Fire Fighters and their spouses, as well as social media pages devoted to first responder spouses. Externally the event is marketed to outside agencies locally and nationwide who are invited by the Fort Worth Police and Fire Departments to join them.
